What if my child already has an eczema diagnosis?
If your child has already been diagnosed by a GP or paediatrician, you can join our ongoing care directly for £49/month. We'll review their existing care plan and take it from there.
How quickly will I hear back?
Our clinical team responds from 8am-8pm, typically within 60 minutes on weekdays, and 2 hours on weekends.
Do you prescribe?
Yes, we provide private prescriptions that are delivered straight to your door within 24-48 hours.
How is this different from using ChatGPT or Google?
We're qualified clinicians who can diagnose, prescribe, and create personalised treatment plans - not just give general advice. Plus, we follow up to make sure treatment is working and adjust as needed.
What happens after the first week?
At your 1-week check-in, we'll see how treatment is going. Most eczema needs ongoing management, so you can continue for £49/month with unlimited access. Or you can pause and restart anytime you need us.
What if the eczema doesn't improve?
If your child's eczema isn't responding to treatment, we'll adjust the care plan and can bring in our specialist dermatologist at no extra cost. If we think they need in-person assessment, we'll help you navigate your options.
Do you replace our NHS GP? 
No - we work alongside your NHS care. We're here for faster access to specialist eczema support, especially when NHS wait times are long or you need help between appointments.
Can I cancel the monthly anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your ongoing eczema support anytime, just let us know on WhatsApp.
What ages do you treat?
We provide care for children aged 0-14 years old.
Are you regulated? 
Yes, Joey is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) to provide healthcare to 0-14 year olds.
